David Saul Auto Sales

I would give zero stars if I could. I do take some of the blame purchasing the car, but David lied and was dishonest in vehicle components. The vehicle clearly had a slap job of paint and body work. I should have caught this myself but that's on me, he was also dishonest about it. I purchased the vehicle knowing the A/C was having issues, it was the compressor. I spent four years as a chrysler mechanic and was trained by various master techs. He said he would replace it and never has. The right rear strut was clearly bad. He said it was a cosmetic item, which couldn't be further from the truth. This man is the stereo typical used car salesman that slaps junk together good enough to scam those in need. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and let that guide me. Don't be like me. Don't buy a car from this scammer.

Bought a car on black Friday. Still haven't received the plates. After growing tired of calling with no response, I tried the dmv instead. Long story short, the dmv instructed me to contact the better business bureau or secretary of state. There is no record of this place having a business license, just an application for one. I'm left with no choice to take the necessary steps, as if you get someone to answer David Saul's number, it's someone that can provide little information nor help. In my opinion, this place is nothing more than a scam artist. I'm not even going into the drywall screws holding in the stereo, among several other problems with the vehicle. I'm speaking solely to customer service, n this place isn't even subpar. Nearly nonexistent.

My interaction with David Sauls pre-owned dealership has been unsatisfactory. The vehicle I purchased had substantial defects, such as a damaged frame and electrical issues, despite being told it was in perfect condition by his employee. As I explained that safety is my top priority, especially with my young children, the vehicle has been undergoing repairs at my own expense and has been unusable for months, even after paying $8000 in full, cash upfront . Even our auto repair man that is currently fixing his problems said the vehicle should've never been sold in this condition & that it is unsafe to be on the road. This experience has raised concerns about the dealership's honesty and reliability

I wouldn't put any stars .... paid cash for a suv hasn't been 3 months it won't run can't get ahold of David that just let's me know he knew he sold me a POS it will be going to the shop for a full diagnostic ... we will go from there and I promise we are not going away

I’m putting 1 star because it’s not possible to put 0. This is the worst service I have got from a business ever. From selling us a car with the wrong pieces, to spending weeks without being able to contact them when they had our car to fix. If there’s something problematic going on with your car, they will ignore your calls. I advise you to stay away from this place.
