Service has been very good to me over the years, and they've done pretty much everything I have asked, but I haven't asked much, and I've been with them through 3 cars, as you can see in my photos I am 8 hours away from home right now. I had an oil change done on Thursday. The 18th and I went on vacation after the oil change 7 hours later, my car had to know it, and I ran it without any oil. I didn't know any better. I didn't think anything was wrong with it. The next day it would not start. It died, so I took it to the dealership. They kept it because, of course, it's not drivable. I got no run for car from J. D by rider, I got a lady who was really snippy. She she wasn't helpful at all, told me that I had to pay a $50 deductible, and she would not supply me with the rental car. Now that car I've had for 2 months and it's been just fine. I get my OL changed and 7 hours later. All my oil is gone now. I would say that this was an error in the garage, and I deserved some. Now I'm sitting in North Carolina, 8 hours from home with no vehicle. No car at all. And I have to pay to get my car back. What's wrong with this picture? This is not how you treat your customers and the customers that are repeat customers, not once not twice. Dominic (the salesman), this gentleman went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle. And it wasn't just any thing they could put me in they made sure it was something I was over the top happy and satisfied. They worked with me on the down payment, this place made something that seemed impossible, not only possible but made it possible and exceeded every expectation anyone could have when buying a vehicle. Mike and Dominic were the absolute best , and helped make my life so much better yesterday, they helped take a huge weight off my shoulders with helping me provider transportation for my family and I. I can't say thank you enough to these men . They were absolutely astonishing good to us.

Came in with bad credit 500 dollars down and got a 2015 jeep patriot and a low monthly payment and every body was really nice and friendly and thank you Haylee and byrider

The sales staff was excellent even though they had to battle finance over my down payment. This is the third vehicle I have bought from them and have had a pleasant experience every time.

absolutely garbage! DO NOT GO HERE! 🛑they’ll fix the car enough to have it back on the road and then in a few weeks you’ll have it in the shop again. i’ve had my car 2 years and it’s been in the shop 10 times. they replaced my engine the beginning of this month bc the car would randomly shut off while driving,,, tell me why i just dropped it off again today 20 days later bc it’s over heating.. 😭😭 take my advice and save your money don’t go here !!
