I had a great experience with Kevin Campbell and Astorg Auto. I was not sure if I wanted to purchase when I went in, and I never felt pressured into anything. Kevin and his manager were both very open and honest about everything. I was able to test drive the car I was looking at and we went over numbers. Ultimately, I left that day without purchasing. But a few days later, I changed my mind. Walked in, signed the papers and my Ford Mustang Mach-E was waiting for me in the showroom with a huge red bow on it! It was awesome. I highly recommend this place!

A genuinely flawless car-buying experience. Astorg Auto completely changed my perception of this industry. I’ve been burned by used-car dealerships in the past as a later teen and early 20 something kid. Typical high-pressure, sleazy tactics that leave you feeling taken advantage of. For years it pushed me into driving “beater with a heater” cars or jumping into short-term leases just to avoid the headache. I always loved cars, but I never wanted to deal with the sales environment that usually comes with them or ending up with a car that has catastrophic issues within 3-6 months of purchase. Astorg Auto erased all of that in a single experience. They gave me an incredible trade-in value on my Toyota Camry and an even better deal on a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD that was in immaculate condition. Zero gimmicks. Zero games. They told me exactly what they’d offer, and it was more than fair. The deal on the Tesla was so strong it offset the depreciation on my Camry almost entirely and then some. Basically upgraded into a fully loaded Tesla for nearly an even swap. I still can’t believe it. The car is perfect. Everything works exactly as it should. It feels like a once-in-a-lifetime purchase, and I’ve never felt better about buying a vehicle. Astorg didn’t just sell me a car, they rewired my whole perception of what a professional, transparent, customer-first automotive dealership can be. I’ve always wanted to work with cars, but I never wanted to be part of a sleazy sales culture. After this experience, I can honestly say that if I ever get into automotive sales, I would be proud to represent a brand like Astorg. If you’re tired of the nonsense, if you’ve had bad experiences, or if you just want a dealership that treats you with respect and transparency from start to finish this is the one. Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

Piper was terrific and I usually don’t like salespeople. Very easy to work with and just an all around great guy. Kevin was the nicest, most involved but not intrusive General Manager I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought vehicles in 5 different states. If you’re looking for the best used vehicles and deal in town definitely give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

My salesman, Kevin Campbell made buying my new truck the easiest process ever! I answered a few questions over the phone about my vehicle that I was trading in, he sent me several vehicles in the category that we were looking to get. I came in Saturday to test drive the truck. He had it ready to drive. Once we got back to the dealership, the WVU Game was on, I sat on their leather couch watching the game during the process. We talked numbers, (which blew my mind on how great they did me on my trade in). Signed the papers and drove off in my new truck. I will 100% for sure be a returning customer for my next vehicle!
