I had a great experience with this shop. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain the issue in a way I could actually understand. Their pricing was noticeably cheaper than other shops in the area, and the work was done quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They even made special after-hours accommodations so I could pay and pick up my car without having to miss work. I really appreciate the extra effort and would absolutely recommend them.
Got breaks and rotors done today. Very good pricing and honest. He will talk you through the costs. Brycen is very nice and helpful and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions like most shops do. I highly recommend checking them out.
Great service, quality work, and fair prices. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what my car needed. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but this one delivers every time. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service! Fantastic prices! Very satisfied by the work completed.
I just had my serviced at Stop-But and it was a great experience. The owner is a really great guy - hard working, honest and he did a fantastic job on my car. Plus it's was an incredible deal. I bought all the parts next door at Auto zone so basically I paid for his labor. Best deal in Charleston - hands down!
