These dudes are an as is pay here, leave here business. When I was sitting down at the desk talking the brass with them I was handed the carfax. It clearly stated that the win module and the main computer control module would need replacing in 2026-2027 due to the age of the van i chose..a 2010 dodge caravan. Decade old electronics that had never been touched before beyond using them kinda start to slowly die out, according to my bro in law, certified mechanic and no filter haver. I ran into an issue when I took it into an actual shop, they lied about the condition of my brakes. That shop's lie cost me a wheel assembly, brake assembly, a caliper, a rotor, the sliver of pad I had that the shop lied about, and of course a tire. Because I was honest about the issue that shops lie and what it caused these dudes were willing to work with me because I am a doordasher between jobs rn. Im going in today to hand them the money they worked with me over sometime after they open. I recommend everyone to go to a TRUSTABLE mechanic withing a week of buying so they can let you know what's up. They've worked with me when I've done it and found something wrong that I COULD NOT handle. The faster you communicate with all cards on the table the faster and better thier response. Ive bought from them before, I'll most likely buy from them again.
If you need a straightforward car deal and need a little help these are your guys. Real easy, no B.S. Honest and easy to work with it. Their insurance connection is solid as well.
I recently purchased a car from them and after first getting in to leave after buying i noticed the cars air wasn’t working neither back windows or door worked or opened and a few days later I noticed the car had a bad oil leak luckily it was a $50 part I checked the oil the day I bought It and the poor car was 3 of 4 quarts low. Now I’m fighting with the oil light coming on. My recommendation is taking someone who truly knows a lot about cars and can check it thoroughly for you. Unfortunately I didn’t check it out as much as I should have. They did give me the keys and told me check it out to the fullest extent but when you don’t know what to look for it don’t matter. Other than that I actually really liked the car and it is easy to get approved and worked with on down payment and stuff
Poor customer service....filled out credit application online but no response yet and its been over a week! When my husband and I stopped by the actual car lot to look at their inventory, lots of nice reasonable priced vehicles including SUVs and 4X4 trucks, also few luxury cars........seen 3 employees working or standing outside smoking but nobody ever approached us and asked if we needed help. Too bad, looks like they lost 2 very interested n potential customers who wanted to pay with cash in hand that same day! I guess the vehicles on the lot are not for sale.....just for looks/show?????
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Paid 4300 for a suv after we paid and signed then that is we they will show the car fax. The car was in a accident the rear differential was rusted and needs to be replaced it's 6000 more then the car!!
