Budget Pre-Owned Auto

I have been doing business with Budget Preowned for years. I have dealt with other dealers in the past , but once I met Pete Lopez and Tarek Hassan I stopped looking. These two guys made me feel welcome I didn’t feel pressured to buy the vehicle. Their customer service is wonderful and I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. First purchase made was a 05 Ford 500 Loved it but my family outgrew it. 2nd was a 08 Saturn outlook loved it and apparently deer did too. 3rd was a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country great van but I wanted another Saturn. Called up Budget Preowned and Pete and Tarek Hassan found me what I wanted and I have never been more happy with a vehicle.

Bought a car thought it was great however ended up changing all spark plugs and an ignition coil that THEIR mechanic said he has already changed it jumped time and acts like it's my fault for putting miles on it. I have a car that I have put 30000 miles on and only had to put a battery in. The oil kept disappearing and since the contract DOES NOT say as is there is a lemon law in WV and I have been in contact with a lawyer. I believe I should be FULLY reimbursed for the car. I told them I was having issues just a few weeks after having it. I did take it to his mechanic but they didn't do anything. I should have had to replace the exact same part a few weeks later. Also the spark plugs and coil were covered in oil. I really thought highly of this place until they acted like it was all my fault. If you buy from here take your own mechanic to check it.

Good service. Quick and easy only because they sold me a lemon. Had the car for a year now. Can’t even drive it but yet I’m still paying on it cause I don’t want to mess up my credit. Everytime time I try to get in contact with the owner. No reply. After a few thousand miles the car was like 👎🏽. If I was u I would go to a real dealership. Been trying to trade it in for the longest and everyone telling me that the car is only worth 2grand not even what I’m paying. Got 155,025 miles got it when it was like 148,000 miles. Ever since I reach 155 thousand nothing but problems. And they don’t reply and reach back out to u at all. DO NOT GO !! GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I WISH I DID. Pay damn near 12,000 dollars for an 09 vehicle that I can’t even drive !
