This is the best place ever to buy a vehicle, I have bought 2 off of Kevin and his crew and never had a problem, they treat you like family as soon as you open the door. They jump through hoops to get you in the vehicle you like/want!!! They need a 10 star button cause that’s what they deserve!!!
We have bought three cars here and actually waited longer to buy my son's car just so we could find one with the Marmet location. It is hard to find people in this business that you can trust and George is always a pleasure to work with as well as trust to give you the honest opinion on a vehicle. We will never buy a used car from another lot!!
Usually shopping for a car is so difficult. You get the run around and it's a constant back and forth. Everything was straight forward and the man at the shop were so helpful. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had!!!
I had an amazing experience working with Kevin Dorsey at Big Country Auto Pre-Owned. He truly took the time to understand my situation and helped me find a vehicle that perfectly fits both my personal needs and the needs of my kids. Kevin went above and beyond to stay within the exact price range I needed, which made the whole process stress-free and comfortable. His customer service was excellent from start to finish—he was patient, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. I highly recommend Kevin Dorsey to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a smooth, positive car-buying experience. If you’re looking for great service and someone who truly listens, Big Country Auto Pre-Owned is the place to go!
Thank you Big Country for making our girl one very happy girl… you guys are so very nice and honestly the best car dealership that we have ever dealt with , Kevin you and your whole staff are wonderful guys. The Dunlaps
