I bought a used car. The window was broken, but they fixed it! Derek and Leno were personable, clear and helpful. They even delivered the vehicle so I would not have to arrange transportation to get it (from Kennewick). Very efficient and easy process. and oh yeah, they cleaned the vehicle really nice too.

What impressed me most was Derek's knowledge and transparency. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's history and features, and he answered all my questions with patience. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident in my decision. I would definitely choose Derek and Top Notch motors every time!

I purchased a vehicle a couple years back, and after doing some digging I realized that I really should've walked away. I purchased my 2008 Lexus LS460 from Top Notch in July of 2024 for 10,990. The vehicle was listed online with 144k miles however around my purchase date the vehicle actually has 170k miles. There's 25k miles unaccounted for from the time the vehicle was posted on their lot and my purchase date. Red flag number 1. A couple days prior to purchase Inquired about the vehicle and numbers, I was ready to commit to the car, just needed financing in order. After this Derek had called me back and couldn't guarantee the car would be there the next day "there's a ton of interest in this car" could be true. But considering it sat for 2 years I highly doubt anyone was interested red flag number 2 When I arrived to test drive the vehicle it needed a jump, no crank. Dead battery red flag number 3 (shows how long these cars sit) Upon further digging I was able to view Google Street view to 2022 AND THE CAR IS STILL THERE. Meaning this vehicle sat on the lot for over 2 years and leads me to believe the dealership was using it as a personal vehicle hence the increased miles over the listing. There should've been updates to the listing or a price decrease to reflect the miles as they definitely did not maintain the vehicle well. I understand when buying used there's an underline risk for everyone involved, dealers included. But it's important that you take care of as much as possible before selling a vehicle. I'm not expecting perfect out of a at the time 16 year vehicle. But it was clearly neglected by the dealership. On the 3rd day of ownership of my car it had very violent miss fires. Leading me to replace all sparks and coils. It also killed the catalytic converters of the car (an over 4k bill for those btw) The dealership did offer a warranty with the vehicle at time of purchase, however it was over 3 grand and only good for a couple thousand miles. So I of course declined. It's now been 2 years and the car is at 224k miles and been very much "okay" but that's no thanks to the dealership that sold me the car. Be wise. Inspect your vehicles thoroughly and if I were you definitely take your business elsewhere. This is not a place that deserves your cash.

Do NOT buy from Top Notch Motors. When I purchased the truck, I knew it needed tires and a windshield — that was fine and expected with a used vehicle. But only two days after buying it, the radiator went out. The very next day, the truck started shifting hard from 2nd to 3rd gear. I contacted them and they offered to have their mechanic look at it. Their mechanic then said it needed to go to a transmission shop. The transmission shop’s “solution” was to try an additive — which did NOT fix the problem. On top of that, I’ve already had to replace the brakes and a temperature sensor out of my own pocket. It feels like they knew these vehicles had issues and just wanted to sell it and move on. Once the deal was done, there were no real solutions offered — just temporary patches and excuses. I would not recommend buying from them unless you’re prepared to immediately spend more money on major repairs. Buyer beware.
