I'm buying a vehicle that I have been wanting for a long time from Teds Motors, They have been easy to work with and so far I'm pleasantly pleased. The 2 employees that have assisted me were friendly, helpful and treated me as a person and not a $ sign. That's unusual for some car lots.
This place was amazing. I’m suffering from cancer and I needed a a car that I could depend on and these guys were amazing. I didn’t have a lot down and they did work with me and got my payments to wear. I needed them. They were manageable unbelievable experience with this car lot. I’m a retired auto technician and I’ve seen a lot of car lots that just push everything on you these guys did they answered all your questions and it’s just amazing to see this kind of dealership in Yakima because there aren’t a lot of dealerships that I truly trust in Yakima some promised the world to you, but they don’t deliver these guys don’t promise anything except for a good car, a quality car and if you do have a problem, they address it and that is truly an exceptional car lot so without saying a whole lot more thank you guys for the vehicle that I was able to purchase thank you for being upfront and you guys are just amazing. Amazing amazing my wife loves the vehicle now. I don’t have to worry about getting them from .8 to point B. Thank you guys.
They helped us get into a car despite not having a big down, they also kept their word in changing the back seat and scheduled a free oil change first week I bought the 2012 Honda accord.

4 years ago I went to Ted motors in Yakima looking for a used car, the staff there gave me their utmost attention and ended up showing me a total of 6 vehicles before I found the car I opted to buy, it was a 2015 Nissan Altima and in very good condition. They spent over 4 hours showing me the inventory and I must say that it was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. Now 4 years later I have not had any problems with the car and haven't had to do anything to it except for the brakes, if you are looking for a used car I would suggest you go see the staff at Ted motors, they will give you the attention you want and need and you will be very happy.
