We had a great experience at los Muñoz!! Jessica helped us get the car I’ve been looking for. They were transparent with the pricing and not pushy. They were willing to negotiate, and they provided a new battery for the car and the clicker, and installed them on the spot for us. Highly recommend!

Legit the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. People were primo and the process was bueno af! Good people with good intentions, but poor execution and service. The car we were sold to transport my disabled, wheelchair-bound partner was said to have a brand new transmission, but was shot before the three month mark. With no other options, we traded it in for a more expensive car. We were immediately faced with a high-pressure sales situation, and ended up paying thousands of dollars above bluebook (they wanted to charge us thousands more). Later, we found the second car had shoddily-covered up evidence of a crash (the bumper was hastily repainted and glued on, and the internal wiring was a mess with critical cables held together with SCOTCH TAPE, which almost caused us to get in a crash when the car lost power on the road due to a short). After the weather warmed up, it became apparent the crash had damaged the A/C system. At no point was anyone at Los Muñoz unhelpful or unfriendly, but the sales reps are very underinformed (our salesperson, Jessica, claimed to not know what kelly blue book was when we asked why the vehicle's asking price was so high). The Muñoz lot is perpetually backed up with high volumes of vehicles and appointments, to where it often took 5+ appointments and multiple weeks to have basic issues fixed. Nonetheless, their financing is very flexible and open, and they were the only people able to get us moving after we relocated to the area, so if you have are willing to pay as much as you're able to for a car that may or may not work, they may be the dealership for you
