We are so happy with our experience here. The suburban we bought was exactly what we’ve been looking for!! Bill Our sales person was great! He went above and beyond, trying to get the deal to go through So thankful that it did. My husband and I were a little worried at first because we traded in our vehicle and the payoff took longer than we expected but it turned out fine! They also honored what they said they were going to after our sale was final, something we appreciate very much! Writing us a check to cover a couple things that this vehicle needed. Very impressed and thankful that they were honest! We will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!!

I had the most incredible positive experience working with Emerald City Motorsports to purchase my AMAZING new car! While I started off and mainly worked with Brian, I actually also had the opportunity to meet and briefly speak or work with each of the employees at the facility in slightly different contexts because of how quickly my sale process moved along. I spotted an amazing car at the beginning of the week, called in and spoke with Brian who provided lots of helpful info. He is a people person and easy to talk to, helpful and honest. He made me feel welcome and then kept the business open when I arrived very late in the evening with my boyfriend to see and test drive the vehicle. I was immediately sold so I secured the vehicle that very night with plans to come back. While at the shop, Brian answered questions about the vehicle’s history and the safety processes and preparation followed before sale is possible. Submitting my application for financing was really quick and seamless through a site link. I am a full time nurse and grad student so I mean it when I say these processes were so simple and easy! No time wasted! Brian is very family oriented, which is lovely in salespeople when they put family first and care about customers as well. He worked around my schedule, communicated well, and advocated for me with financing so I got a better rate even though my credit is pretty decent. I was able to come and pick up the car at a time that worked for me and Carlos closed out the experience being there to sign papers with me since Brian had something come up. It took 39 minutes to finish paperwork and get out of there! I love that no matter who I worked with, everyone was professional, thorough, detail oriented and so excited for me! As Carlos said, the vehicle I found (a 2014 Audi with incredibly LOW miles and only one owner who had consistent records at ONE dealership service…) was a unicorn. There was nothing else like it on the market! I feel so thankful and so blessed! I could not be more pleased with my experience working with this group of guys. Brian is so easy to talk to, I never felt pressured or stressed (though of course I was the one coming with a great deal of interest haha). Oscar was enthusiastic, friendly, and offered to stay late the first night to complete paperwork even though he had other work to complete. Carlos was kind, friendly and professional. The facility is a whole vibe with aesthetic and a comfortable space. The only potential challenge is parking under that bridge during busy hours! I think they do a really good job! I would personally recommend the business and cannot overstate just how happy I am to have gotten my new car.

Brian is amazing!! Brian used my ev car voucher from Oregon. Brian went through the whole process for me to be able to use the voucher in Washington. It was a long process, and Brian kept me in the loop through the whole process. It took months for the sale to get done, and Brian waited patiently for Oregon to get things done. Brian worked with me to get this glorious car! Make sure you come here to get a car! Brian is on point , nice, and very professional.

My parents and I worked with Carlos to help find me a good deal on a used car after my last car (had it for 9 years) got totaled. Carlos was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us get sorted, and was patient while we worked out some hurdles on our end sending payment. They made sure to get a few issues in the car fixed, and we were able to inspect it and take it for a test drive. I am very happy with what we found; I definitely recommend Emerald City Motorsports!

If zero stars were an option, I'd still feel cheated out of something. Three weeks. Three weeks of my life wasted on a dealership that couldn't care less whether you buy a car or not. It started with a walk-in visit where I was handed a business card and told to "call back in a few days" — as if I'd wandered into a members-only club I hadn't earned access to yet. I called back. No answer. I called again. Still nothing. Emails? Ignored. Texts? Read receipts and silence. Every time I did manage to get a response, it was the same rehearsed non-answer: "It's not available yet." Three weeks. For a vehicle I was ready to purchase on the spot. I've never encountered a business so aggressively indifferent to taking someone's money. Most dealerships will follow up with you six times before you've even left the car park. These people can't be bothered to return a single voicemail. After reading through the other one-star reviews — and there are plenty — it's clear this isn't a rough patch. It's a pattern. Poor communication, zero accountability, and apparently vehicles that may need significant work on top of everything else. Save yourself the frustration. There are dealerships that actually want your business. This is not one of them.
