Mike and Joe were great! Came in with low expectations and came out with a new car for my friend. They were genuine and assisted very kindly and professionally !

Called about a car and spoke with Mike. We then made arrangements to see it and ended up buying it. They were willing to work with us on the price and the negotiation was reasonable and straightforward. There were no issues with the process, it was smooth, no pressure, and he even put some gas in so we could take it on the freeway which was great. Highly recommend seeing Mike, he was friendly and answered all our questions.

We went in looking for a way more efficient car than our old truck and we got to meet with Mike. He fixed the tires before our test drive and even filled the gas up alittle so we had something. We left feeling heard, understood and happy with our Subaru and he made the whole process easy and relaxed. Thank you Mike for the jokes and the laughs and taking care of us for everything, and everyone else at Bayside that helped along with ☺️

My fiancé bought a Jeep grand Cherokee limited from bayside. Less than a 1,000 miles and it wouldn’t start. Had it it towed back to the dealership on a Thursday afternoon. Joe a sales manager called me Friday afternoon and said, they had to order a part. I called the salesman Jarred and he said it’s never been in the shop. 5 days later and she still doesn’t have a vehicle. I’ve been constantly lied to by Brock, Joe and the salesman Jarred. I firmly suggest doing business elsewhere. This is not a legitimate car dealership!!!!. Updated review. She bought the car on June 27th, mileage 105,788. The car broke down on July 14th and towed back to Bayside on July 16th. July 21st they finally gave her a loaner car but has to have it back back by Saturday. This loaner car check engine light was it, a visibly flat tire. I pulled 7 different codes from this vehicle. Boogers on the dash, finger toe or nail clippings on the seat, very visible front end alignment problems and barely any brakes. I’m not a mechanic but very mechanically inclined. Way to go Bayside for making a bad situation even worse. By the way, the car broke down at 106,418. Is the vehicles really quality vehicles.?. And they wouldn’t allow her to get her trade in car back to make this purchase right.
