Seattle Finest Motors truly exceeded my expectations! Farzad and his team treated me with incredible professionalism and kindness from start to finish. They gave me a fair deal on both the car I sold and the one I bought, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. I had a pre purchase inspection done on a grey 2007 Honda Element EX. Everything seemed to check out, the body, the interior, under the hood, it was all good. But when you get underneath it, the entire undercarriage had been spray painted black to cover a significant rust issue. The oil pan, the spring joints, even the brake calipers and ball joints. Parts were flaking off. The rep, José, had exceptional customer service, was timely in response, and extremely professional. UPDATE: Spoke with the GM and he guaranteed me that they were not the ones that spray painted the vehicle. The car is in good condition but with a 20 year old car, there will be issues. The rust is still a factor but it's in good working order and rated as safe by professional mechanics. Perhaps the black paint is a coating to prevent further rust, I'm not a mechanic. Just relaying what Jiffy Lube told me. But I have changed my rating and review. To be transparent, I have been compensated for my time and effort spent and still walking away without a vehicle. After the conversation, I believe they hold integrity and respect and value their customers. I wouldn't write this dealership off. Just be sure to have a thorough inspection, as the dealership suggests.

Walked in late night and worked with Asif, he showed me a couple of cars until we found what fit my budget best and was very patient. I was not looking to buy tonight but Asif made it very easy and no pressure tactics. Habib the finance manager got me a better approval than my bank and was able to help me fit a warranty in my tight budget.
