Got my first GMC Terrain from Tameka, and baby! Best customer service very friendly, straight forward and assuring. She made sure I fount the best fit for me and my little family and made sure I have Coverage and everything set before leaving! Come get yall cars great service and she rides great so far !

Some issues I had with the car. When I got the car there was a nail in the front driver side tire that definitely wasn’t there (when I test drove it a week before) until they had someone deliver the car to my house and they said they wouldn’t replace it which was disappointing. The tires appear to be dry rotted which was noticed from plugging the tire so they all need to be replaced anyway. The skid plate seems to barely be holding onto a metal wire which I didn’t notice until it came off in the middle of the highway on my way home from work and it started dragging on the ground. Other than that I drive 160 miles a day for work no mechanical issues. Overall customer service was decent but I wasn’t made aware of these serious safety issues with the car that are going to cost me a good deal of money. Brian and Ayana were great and made the buying a used car experience more comfortable. They provided history of the car including any maintenance they did, worked with me on having it delivered to my house in a timely manner since I live a good distance away, Delivered a second key to my house via mail which saved me time and money getting a replacement and the communication was great.

Ms. Tameka was very fast and efficient. She helped with questions i had but i also feel like the process was so fast things I should’ve noticed I notice after the fact . I had the car for about 1 week and 4 days the check engine light was not on at first the car drove smoothly. That same day later that night I noticed my windows was rolling down by themselves and also the check engine light had appeared on the dash . so I reached out multiple times and also went up there in regards to the concerns I had and was told I would receive a call back no one never called until days later . So when someone finally reached out I was advised to contact the warranty people and they told me they don’t cover certain things that needed to be done . Moral of the story make sure u check these vehicles out throughly before purchasing because once u purchase they do not want to be bother with fixing the issues.

I purchased a White 2012 Chevrolet Express Cargo Van from this dealership last year and within one month the transmission was having issues. Every time I got on the highway, the vehicle wouldn’t go more than 45 miles per hour. I took it to an auto mechanic and they told me that the transmission was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. I paid $9,500 for the vehicle then had to turn around and spend another $4,600 to get a new transmission, and another $350 to get the air conditioning unit fixed. I highly recommend that before you purchase a vehicle from this dealership to take it to a mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out. I don’t recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership.
