if u need a car like now, theyre really good, they have cheap down payments although their cars are kinda pricy. I suggest anyone to pay their payments at the beginning of the mth to avoid making weekly pymts or if u have a busy schedule and cant make it on friday. they are flexible though bc I cant make it on fridays and they let me drop the payment off in the box. they let me skip a week once, but I communicated with them in advance. all in all, they are not the best. but they are definately not the worth and they also make car repairs there and let u add the bill to ur weekly pymts. all in all, if at any point u cant make the pymts at least u dont have to worry about a hit on ur credit.

They gave me a 30 day warrantee but when I took it to a mechanic I found a lot of problems and they claimed they didn't have the parts to fix it. So I have a warranty for 100% repairs but they don't actually repair anything. 9,000 for a 3,000$ car and they won't fix anything Update. Less than a month later someone ran into my car causing minor damage so I took it to a mechanic covered by my insurance instead of them. The lady who runs the place was furious and told me only they can repair the car. Turns out they sold me an already totaled vehicle that was barely running and just wanted the vehicle back so they can say I totaled it and stick me with the bill. Luckily I followed the steps my insurance provided me with and got recompensated for what I spent at this place. They did not pursue me for the remaining balance because they knew they sold me a lemon and because of my incredible insurance I could easily prove how badly they scammed me. While they may have improved since then this place is somewhere that takes advantage of people with limited options and you will never truly own a car from them as they always break down before you finish paying and your stuck with the bill while they take their car back get it running again just to lease it to someone else to repeat the cycle again.

They only sell LEMONS. I was sold a car for 8,000 in January, the state inspection said it was good they sold it to me as a reliable car for work but it kept breaking down and having troubles causing the engine to go out in October less than a year later. I’m not satisfied at all but capital motors , up the street will go out their way to make sure you have a reliable car

Great low payment, but there are other places better to choose. A couple of red flags: not open on sat or sun if you have issues, the set way for your car payment is weekly ( but can pay in advance), your car payment is due a week or two after your initial down payment, and you have to have gap insurance added your policy. And............. They dont take payments over the phone. Along with only one mechanic services all of their vehicles!

I purchased a 300 Chrysler on 2/4/2019. The car is NO GOOD! I let the office manager and the owner know. I even gave them paperwork from another mechanic all for them to tell me "we didn't see any leaks". My car has been back to AutoPlus five times. They either say they don't see the issue I are speaking of or they claimed they fixed the issue. This time I call to take it to them but here's the thing. They never want to work on your car in a day or so. They always keep your car for 4 and 5 days. Leaving you without a vechicle. They will patch whatever is wrong so you can drive it, tell you it's fixed and a few days to a week it is doing the same thing. How do you sale and fix cars but closed on Wednesday and Saturday? Because they KNOW they are conducting BS Business! Simple as that! I decided not to take the car them and get my Dad to fix it so I know it's done correctly. I called to let them know..No answer. I called again to let them know my payment would be late due to bills and getting the car fixed. No answer. I wake up this morning to see what's with it now because it keeps running hot. When my Dad and I went outside my car was gone. They repoed my car!!! I can't believe this! This is the WORST business I have ever seen. How are they still up and running with all the TRICKERY they do.
