George was great from the moment I pulled up on the lot to even after I purchased a car with them! He helped me in every way possible from looking out for my best interest in addition to, getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. For example I expressed the concern for buying a car then later having major repairs needed shortly after. However he ensured his cars were completely reliable and was able to even get me an extended years warranty! Best customer service I’ve received in a while!! Highly recommended!
I was in and out in 2 hours and thats only because I was waiting on a money transfer. This guy is honest and reliable. I had no problems getting a car. He was very attentive and patient. I will continue business with him. I have no problem going back and getting another car. Way better than all those other dealerships!!! West Broad Homda is where you dont want to go!!!
Purchased all my foreign cars from here!! I've purchased a car within a couple hours. No hassles at all. George is one of a kind!! Thank you!!!! Nothing but love for Car Zone.
The worst place to purchase a car, sell you junk and smile in your face as he’s doing it. When you have problems with the vehicle he does nothing to repair it and ignores you and even come and repo it without you being able to redeem your vehicle. There’s plenty of place to buy better vehicles and superb customer service run from this guy George is not the person you think he is it salesmanship oh, customer service is the worst you can come with. That’s why I give him one. I wish I could give a zero star.
Worst car buying experience ever. They have not only ignored my phone calls, they have hung up on me before I could finish getting all my information straight. They even changed my bill of sales after we already confirmed my price and then charged me for a full year of plates when I was only given 2 months. They will screw you ten ways to Sunday if you let them. The man in charge will not only lie to your face he will make you promises they he never plans to keep. If you are looking for a good used vehicle with quality service then I extremely recommend not to deal with this dealership. 0/10 rating
