I got a great car. Exactly what I wanted. The idiot lights kept coming on so I took it and had them reset. Other than that I am happy with my car. They had to do a lot to my car before I could drive it off the lot. It took them a couple days but it was done and I love my car. Know what you want and how much your willing to spend for it. These guys know their cars and like any one else they want to make the most for their cars.

The owner Steve, the salesman, and staff were extremely nice. As for the car I purchased not so much. Granted the SUV ran smooth but there were multiple issues that were not safe. Along with some confusion to the mileage. However the team was understanding and cooperative and I was satisfied with the end result. Don’t think it’s a bad place to buy just be sure to take a thorough and extensive look under the hood before deciding and signing any paperwork.

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Crappy cars they purchase from the auction with little or no work done to make them sellable let alone drivable. The down payment will definitely be what the car is worth if not way more so your payments are just extra funds and that’s if your car runs for more than a few weeks after you drive it away. They are super nice and friendly but please read the reviews and save yourself the drama I tried to warn my friend before she walked into this financial trap. Now she has no car and is out over 6k for a car she was only able to drive a month. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!!!

I went to Steve’s to buy a used truck and i have to give it to them, the salesman, hector, was amazing, he sold me the biggest piece of crap on the lot!! I didn’t even have the truck for 24 hours and it literally started falling apart (brake caliper just about fell off while I was driving due to a bolt coming out) not to mention the check engine light was on due to the evap system being completely screwed up and I was told it was “an O2 sensor” The inspection was a month from being expired and the vehicle was not inspectable when I drove it off the lot due to dry rotted wiper blades and the front driver side blinker being out. They told me before I picked the truck up that it needed a power steering pump and that they would call me in a weeek to schedule a time to have the repairs done. 3 weeks later they call me to tell me I have a payment due without ever even scheduling the repair. When I did finally take the truck in to get fixed they told me that they had to order parts and that I could pick it up that day and bring it back when the parts came in, I responded and told them that I’d be there after hours to pick it up and asked that they leave they truck accessible. When I arrived to pick it up they had every exit blocked and no way for me to get the truck. At this point I asked for my deposit back seeing as though I hadn’t had the truck for a month. They refused to give me my money at all or even a part of the money back, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, completely crooked and worried more about making a dollar than they are about their customers! Not to mention they were selling a $5000 truck for almost $11k, over priced and under hated!

I had my eye on a baby blue 2009 Ford Flex, they wanted 13,000.00, blue book value said it was over priced. Test drove it August 21, 2023, the breaks went all the way down to the floor mentioned that to Hector, he said all cars are different agreeable, not on breaks, that was a concern, then the vechile acted like it was not getting enough gas, then minor scratches. He wanted to sell the car as is without fixing the issue, basically I was a liar on the breaks. My son was with me and left then came back asked Hector to drive the vechile himself to see exactly was I was talking about. I was basically a liar, then I asked if I could speak to the owner and he pulled up in his big black truck Hector asked if he could speak with him first because I was still interested in purchasing the vechile as long as they lowered the price 2 my standard. I read the owner 's lips said no, walked away in to tge building had no interest. I went in the building to speake to the owner about the issues and asked him to walk outside to talk. He is very arrogant and does not care about the safety of the vechile or the condition it is in. He sells lemons. The owner told me and my son to get off the property. He has a ego trip, he feeds off Hispanics and lower class white folks, among other things. Don't buy a car from there. Just because it is a buy here pay here and you think your credit shiytt don't do it. There are better places than this. I financed another Flex some where else , se day, with a lender. All better not come after me that work there at Steve's auto and put a hit on me and my family either . All have my address and more, I will report yall to the better business bureau if you do. God provided me with what I needed else where. I pray yall will practice honesty and sell cars that aren't a lemon.
