The BEST! Honestly, I was losing my mind looking for a new car and thank goodness the car I wanted was at TrimaxAuto cause the process was SO easy and stress free. Justin is the absolute best, he’s super honest, listens to you, and won’t bs you. He won’t push you or call you a million times. Direct and honest as it should be. He was the only one who happily suggested an independent inspection which of course, the car passed with flying colors cause they won’t sell you a lemon. The best part? I’m in Richmond and didn’t have to do a thing, Justin arranged everything for me and shipped me my BMW X1. I’m absolutely going back for a second vehicle knowing they not only offer the best customer service, their cars are solid. Do yourself a favor and give him a call, save yourself the horrors of regular used car shopping.

My whole experience at Trimax was great! I literally have no complaints from start to finish Justin assured he would do his best getting me in a ride considering my situation and he did just that and not just any ride but a Maserati! Thank you for being understanding , patient and kind ! Highly recommended & he even said I can come back here for maintenance if needed so far so good very low mileage on the vehicle , no lights on the dash! It was a pleasure I’ll be sending people TRIMAX way for sure !
