I went in and met Jason to look for a truck to buy. Jason sold me the truck he was driving, this transaction was fast , easy and smooth.Jason was up front and honest with every step even financing! They sold me a complete lemon. I bought a 2012 Lexus Ct200h a few months ago. Within 3 days the check engine light came on. I got it inspected and it said there was a cylinder misfiring. I called Auto outlets and they took a look at it. They said it was only the spark plugs that needed to be replaced which they did replace for free. I brought up the other issue of the cylinder misfiring and they told me they couldn’t look into it because it was only “preventative maintenance”. The check engine light came right back on and with in a month the car stopped running completely and needed over $10k in repairs. It needed a complete engine rebuild along with a ton of other issues like a radiator leak, suspension issues, and a faulty hybrid battery. I’m now stuck paying off a car that doesn’t even run. I called them asking if they would take it back or at least be honest about any issues they knew about before selling it. I haven’t heard back since. I was completely screwed over by them. Do not buy a car from here!
