I love this dealership. One of the partners is a mechanic! He checks out vehicles and correct problems before putting them up for sale. I got the car I wanted at a good price. When I bought it I signed the usual "AS IS" paperwork, but when I got back home my mechanic discovered a problem. South Norfolk didn't hesitate to make good!! I highly recommend these guys.

I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we arrived, Dante made the experience a 10 out of 10. He was professional, polite, and had a great, comforting vibe. He was ready for us as soon as we got there, and I ended up driving away with the exact car I put my eye on when I looked them up online. The whole process was smooth, and I finally feel like I made the right choice. I’m happily adding my own five-star review.

Dante was pleasant to work with, but unfortunately, my experience was a bad one. I thought I got a good deal on a used car, I bought 2 days ago, only to find out the day after I bought it when I took it in for routine maintenance that the subframe was damaged, which will cost about $1.5k to fix. What I thought was just a bad alignment--which was mentioned to dante--turned out to be a far more serious issue. If you intend to buy here, I would definitely do a very thorough inspection--to include lifting the car and looking under it--before buying.
