Found the perfect 1st car for our daughter. After searching for several months and feeling defeated in trying to find a reliable solid car in good condition within our budget I expanded my search out of Va Beach and found Virginia Auto Sales LLC in Norfolk. The consistent 5 star reviews gave me hope and they are justifiably and legitimately earned! Alex and his dad are wonderful! Alex knew how much this meant to us finding a safe and reliable car for our daughter and that is an incredibly valuable quality which has been hard to find sadly- so my husband and I genuinely appreciate him so much. He is honest and not at all pushy. He is very well learned on all the vehicles on their lot and all around an honest young man! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you guys so very much!

Purchased a vehicle and had a very pleasant experience. Alex was extremely friendly and made purchasing a vehicle for my teenager an easy process.

i was not as lucky as these other people leaving reviews although i had hoped my extended period of car issues would be resolved after a long needed upgrade. i unfortunately was in a bit of a bind and didnt have a lot of time to browse various dealers and had to be fully financed. alex does a good job of coming off as respectful and trustworthy but within a month of purchase i was quoted thousands of dollars for a repair that was likely to be only a temporary fix due to extensive rust damage. when i told alex and asked if i could trade the car for another, he denied my request and hinted that the dealership that diagnosed the damages is being dishonest. i have attempted to use the warranty available thru the creditor but they insist on inspecting the vehicle themselves adding several days to downtime if they even choose to accept the claim. in sum, i would say this dealer is just as slimy as your average used car dealer and i deeply regret my decision to buy from them.
