Great experience with Courtesy for our new driver. John was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly. The woman who answered the phone ahead of time was friendly and helpful, and the car was ready when we arrived—exactly as described and in great condition. Chuck made the transaction easy and straightforward, with no pressure or upselling. We were in and out in under an hour, and the 30-day warranty was a nice bonus. Appreciated the family-run feel.
