You won’t regret it and no matter where you are or what your situation is— this will become your forever car sales team!) Ed, Maria, and Alexa (everyone we personally dealt with) and everyone else on the team REALLY do make the generally awful and fear-inducing experience of buying a car for people who normally have horror stories feel incredibly welcome, safe, heard, and cared for. Our experience with Utah Credit Approval Auto Sales began in West Wendover, NV—where we had just moved to this past May. My family and I ended up in this small Nevada town by pure luck—and not the good kind. We’d spent the previous two months moving across country—twice—to try and find a better life. And everything went wrong at every destination, from rental scams to even losing one member of our family (my beloved cat). Things were bad emotionally, mentally… and because of multiple cross-country moves and car rentals and first-month’s rent & security deposits—things were really bad financially. So we ended up vehicle-less and in an entirely new city. This is where I met a new beloved friend and she told me to give Ed and the crew at Utah Credit Approval Auto Sales a call. I said no way—no way we’ll ever get approved or even helped. We had a previous (multiple) repossessions because of scammy car sales practices and our credit and situation—especially with a new move and virtually no funds saved. But she said you might be surprised because they’re amazing and really try everything they can for everyone. Well we needed a car and with such a positive referral, I thought it can’t hurt to call. I made that call on a Thursday morning. Since I live about 2 hours away and in a whole different state, I figured I was looking at a process that might take weeks, if not months, to secure a ride out there from my new in-town friend. My call reached Ed first who then connected me with Alexa who took all my info and told me that Maria would call me later. Later that same day Maria got in touch with me. We discussed my issues getting to the dealership and then what type of vehicles we might be interested in. Maria immediately started sending me videos—something totally different than any other dealership experience when they usually just send pics or tell you to look up a link. I had told her those are great cars but maybe we should wait until I come into the dealership to see what kind of car I could get approved for, to which she said— oh honey you’re already approved—I wouldn’t be sending you videos if your weren’t. Then later that night, still Thursday, Ed calls and asks when we can make it into see our top three vehicle picks. I explain that financially and geographically we’re in a bind and he said “oh no worries we’ll come pick you up.” WHAT?! From that moment on, the whirlwind of un-believeabillity began. What dealership just picks up someone—from a whole other state and at their own expense—to buy their car? And they did this in the car we liked the most to PROVE its reliability to us! And they even filled the tank for us to make the journey home in our new car. This was on the very next Monday. In under 4 days—from phone call to drive home we had a car. A beautiful and super reliable AWD vehicle! This type of thing never happens to us. We are beyond grateful and thankful to Ed and his crew. Especially Maria, who goes so above and beyond anything you could imagine for her customers. It really was the absolute best experience and I know for a fact no other car buying experience will top it. Ever!

Thank God for Utah Credit Approval! My wife and I have bad credit and getting approved at other dealerships was impossible. The staff at Utah Credit Approval are friendly and helpful. We attempted to get a vehicle with high mileage because that was what we were used to getting approved for, but they offered us a vehicle that is near the current year and a vehicle with low mileage. We are so happy with our purchase that we are looking forward on getting another vehicle from them in the near future.

i’m back. I’ve been doing business with Ed for about three years now I recently brought my car to him. I had $7000 in negative equity. I’m a single mother of two and a son with autism. All I ever wanted was a family Vehicle for my children. I went to many dealerships already and I got turned down because of the negative equity. I came to big Ed. Just to get my rotors looked at and walked out with a brand new 2021 Mitsubishi outlander . They got me approved through a couple banks. The interest rates were still high. One of the banks were offering 28% and another bank was 22% . I signed my papers and left with my new car thinking that my interest rate was 22%. Ed called me today told me to come in. He was able to find a credit union to work with me with a low interest rate of 11% nobody in Utah could’ve made this happen. I just wanna give a shout out to big Ed and his team Making me feel like family every time I come in there and giving me the deal of a lifetime!!!!!!

We had an awesome experience. My wife met them through work so we went to them to find a truck. They were able to find the truck I wanted and get it within a couple of days. Now I have a great 2018 Toyota Tacoma with less than 50,000 miles with a clean title. It runs and drives great and they even got us a great deal on new tires that I preferred. I'm glad my wife took us to Utah Credit Approval and Ed was so great about helping us. Everyone there was amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them to others. Before I write out my experience here I want to first express my gratitude for Big Ed and Maria !. You guys showed customer service in a new way for me !. And as someone who’s in the customer service industry, you guys set a new standard for me . You guys went above and beyond for me . I came in here with very low expectations for my first time dealership experience and I’m very happy to share with you first timers or veterans . These guys are the real deal no BS!. Not only did they get me the car I wanted but they also got me a low mileage vehicle in great condition!. Ed worked his magic like he said he would and he kept his word !. Something you don’t come by often these days . He got my interest rates down by 10%+ . Maria did such an amazing job in hearing me out and getting me the car I wanted !.
