Great people to work with and very responsive. Good overall pricing. Not pushy. Willing to work with you and your concerns! Upfront about fees and trade-ins. Only complaint is agreeing they’d get a printed owners manual for me and that didn’t happen. It’s been two months and I’ve followed up twice with the response, “Let me check on that.” Overall positive experience.

Updating my review. I took a look at the car fax and the car we purchased was in not 1 but 3 accidents. One which was severe. Still a clean title luckily but This was the day after that I realized. We were sitting down with the sales manager and he said straight to my face while looking at the car fax that there was not even minor accidents on the report. Do your due diligence and look at the car fax yourself because they can’t not be trusted. Not even the manager.

First off, Dallas isn’t a good person, vaping in front of us , talking about his exes from when he was in highschool kinda sad lol. I like the dog though! when I gave him my check he said “ooo money”..eww. He interrupted me in the middle of my sentence saying “listen listen listen” when I called about my license plate that still hasn’t showed up months later. and guess what, my car has a lot of problems. I’ve read the reviews before buying the car, I took my chances because I was short on time and needed a car. There’s already a check engine light, windshield wiper fluid is broken, and got a flat tire not even a week after I got it. My advice is even though you look at a clean history on the car and everything checks out, doesn’t mean there’s no problems. Don’t trust them.

IF YOU GET RED FLAGS WORKING WITH THEM, DON'T IGNORE THE RED FLAGS! I bought a F150 from them in April. The deal was smokin ($4k less than market value!) I had multiple issues with the transmission early on and they told me that since they worked on the transmission before they sold it, then it would be under warranty. I visited the dealership and their shop next door 4 times and every single time, nothing happened. I left my truck with them 3 separate times and nothing happened. They told me over and over that they'd order a part and never did. So I had to take it to another shop to pay for something that was supposed to be under warranty by them. Now I've owned the vehicle for about 15k miles. The engine, a 5.0 V8, one of Ford's best engines ever, is ALREADY knocking and I'm stuck trying to find a new long block to put in the truck and I've only had it for basically 6 months. Totally screwed me over. Be careful buying from this dealership. Listen to your gut.
