Bought a cheap daily driver X3 from Ryan and he was pleasant, easy to work with and straightforward with my purchase. At no point did I feel like I was getting hassled, the run-around, or anything but the truth. They are an honest broker which isn't easy to find in the used car game. I knew exactly what I was getting I paid exactly what was fair for it. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes once I decided I wanted the car As titles go, sometimes they can get a little delayed and he was nice enough to drop it in the mail the very next day, allowing me to save some time in not driving back down SLC I would absolutely work with them again.

First of all, let me start by stating that my credit is less than perfect. I had been looking to purchase a Jeep for over a month and TW Auto posted my dream Jeep the night before and I called immediately the next day. Gus answered the phone and let me know to act fast because we both new it wouldn't last through the end of the day. I live in South Ogden and when I arrived to TW Auto 45 minutes later, Gus was there waiting for me. We took her for a test ride and there was no way I was leaving without her. Because of my credit, Gus had to jump through hoops to get me financed. Gus worked diligently with multiple finance agencies to get me the best deal. This process took some time, at one point he told me to go get lunch, and when you come back...all the paperwork will be ready for your new Jeep! All that hard work paid off because I drove off the lot with this gem. Thanks Gus!!

It really helps when you are being sold a cherry of a car, but aside from that, this was seriously one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
