I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML 400 from this dealership, and I honestly loved the buying process. Everything was easy, smooth, and stress-free. Test drive was 30 minutes and the bank was down the road, so financing was quick, and the entire process moved along smoothly. The employees were very helpful and made the experience feel simple and comfortable. Unfortunately, the issues started shortly after the purchase. When I first went to check out the car, they couldn’t get it to turn on. After some time, they were able to start it and assured me everything was okay, telling me that if the battery continued to act up, I could bring it back and they’d gladly take care of it. Just two days later, I was leaving to work and the car wouldn’t start again, so I had to call out to get it taken care of . I returned and had the battery replaced with them , pretty quickly too . I was reassured it was replaced with a very good battery intended for Mercedes and that there shouldn’t be any further problems. I gave it the benefit of the doubt for about a month, but the car is still having trouble starting. At times, I have to jump-start it, which is extremely frustrating. I really do love the car, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Buying a car should come with peace of mind, and instead I’ve been left worried about whether my car will start. Overall, the purchase experience was great, but the unresolved mechanical issue has taken away from that initial excitement sadly .
