Just bought my 2021 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership and had an awesome experience from start to finish. Abby was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through all the features of the car, making sure we felt comfortable before we even drove off the lot. What really stood out was the flexibility. They let us take the car home while we finalized the rest of our down payment, which was a huge help. We also hit a pretty scary bump when the bank suddenly raised our interest rate from 5.3% to over 6.6% after we’d already signed the paperwork. Thankfully, Abby and Leo jumped in, worked some real magic behind the scenes, and got everything sorted. They even lowered the price of the car to allow the payment to be where we were comfortable with. No stress, no questions asked and kept our payments right where we needed them. There was zero pressure to buy, and both Abby and Leo went above and beyond to make sure we left with the car we truly wanted. Can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

I purchased a Tesla Model Y from this dealership roughly a week ago. Unfortunately, the vehicle came with damaged front tires, which I had to replace. Despite this initial issue, I'm very satisfied with the dealership's service and highly recommend them. The staff were professional, honest, and transparent throughout the transaction. I'm enjoying my Tesla and plan to return to this dealership for future purchases. They were upfront about the vehicle's condition and didn't include any unwanted warranties or hidden fees. For anyone looking to buy a used electric vehicle at a good price, I recommend this dealership. Benny the guy who details the cars gave me so much valuable information and was the one who made me want to purchase my first EV.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I purchased a Tesla from them and, after delivery, discovered multiple issues that were not properly disclosed before the sale, including problems with the driver-side window controls and other condition concerns. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the issue and told me to get a quote from Tesla and send it over so they could take care of it. I did exactly that. I had Tesla inspect the vehicle, obtained the quote, and sent it to them as requested. After that, communication became extremely difficult. I called and messaged multiple times over several weeks trying to get the issue resolved, but they failed to follow through on what they said they would do. The most frustrating part was not just that the vehicle had issues — it was that they gave me the impression they would make it right, then stopped responding and left me to deal with the repair myself. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious buying from them. Make sure anything promised is put in writing before purchase, have the vehicle independently inspected, and do not rely on verbal assurances that problems will be handled after the sale.

So I'm editing my review because while the car buying process was while the car buying process was easy, getting a call back to handle issues after the sale has been a nightmare. I traded the first car I bought in but they didn't bother to send the payoff check time in a timely manner so I'm still getting collection calls for a car that I had for a week... When I call to ask about it I get told let me check on that and I'll call you right back, I never get a call back... I've never received paperwork on my second car purchase, I can't get any proof that a check has been sent to pay off the first car. And at this point I'm considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I recommended these folks to a few people that I know and now I'm regretting that because I can't even get my issues dealt with and it's not like I'm asking for a whole lot, just follow through on what you say you're going to follow through on and take care of a car deal that is standard practice. Original review So, technically I bought 2 cars from Family Auto. The 1st on impulse and the second to get what I REALLY wanted. The whole team was great, but Abby was phenomenal. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They have a really good selection of EVs, and there is no pressure at all. I highly recommend Abby and the team at Go Family Auto.
