We had been looking online for the vehicle we wanted for some time and came across the vehicle we were interested in at Major Auto. We were pleased with their prices, reviews, and transparency on their website so we drove down and took a look. We were pleasantly greeted and knew immediately that these were good, honest and down to earth people. Chaz was happy to allow us a private test drive with absolutely no pressure and very happy to answer any and all questions we had. After the test drive, we were given a purchase agreement and not even pressured to leave a deposit which most dealers do. We went and got our money and while we were gone, they also ran the vehicle through the wash and gave us our first fuel fill up on them without even asking them. I didn’t even ask for a discount or anything extra because I felt like these people had already earned their asking price and I know everyone needs to make a little money. Great people, great clean vehicle, and overall very simple and pleasurable, smooth purchase! My wife and I had a great experience with Chaz when trading in our 2018 Forester for a 2020 Telluride. He's honest, friendly, transparent, patient and informative. Chaz had to make sure we were aware that the vehicle was in an accident and had a sensor on the way and let us if the rear view blind mirrors aren't picking up the vehicles to contact him about so he can get it replaced. The sensor came and it was pretty straight forward. I didn't feel pressured to buy the vehicle in his lot and the transaction was very smooth. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a smooth, honest experience.
