Miguel Castillo and the entire staff did an excellent job in helping us find our new truck. They moved us through the process quickly and had great pricing as compared to the competition. We will be back to purchase another car in the future.

Originally would have given this dealership a 3 star. Unfortunately after I did my online review for Kia. The salesman reached out harassing me via text, telling me that anything that is not a 9-10 is an absolute fail from Kia, It was my honest review. With in a week of buying a brand new car, several warning lights including check engine light came on. Called the dealership and could not get any help at all. The person I talked to in service was unbelievably rude and spent hrs waiting for answers and help that didn’t come. I had to reach out to the next closest Kia dealer that happened to be in Grand Junction CO. Had to take my brand new car to CO to get it looked at. I would highly recommend you do not do business with this location. Do yourself a favor in the event that you have any issues post purchase and buy for a different dealership.

UPDATE: I was proven right about not being able to trust this car to be reliable. I am changing my review on Jerry Seiner Chevrolet from two stars to one stars. After working on my brand new car for two weeks, they finally got my car back to me. I had the Blazer EV back for 8 days before the same high voltage system issue happened again and my car is unable to be driven or charged. Again. I have to bring the car back in for service again now. It is Friday June 14 today and I was told by the service manager that they won’t have a loaner available for me until Tuesday June 18th. In the 33 days since I purchased my car, I have only been able to drive it for 16 days. Less than 1000 miles and I’ve had to bring it in for service twice to make it drivable again. Do not buy a car from Jerry Seiner Chevrolet. They sell you lemons, cash your check immediately, but leave you stranded for days when the lemon they sold you stops working. Buying a car from Jerry Seiner Chevrolet is the biggest mistake I’ve made in several years. I’ll never buy a Chevrolet car again and I’ll never go back to another Jerry Seiner dealership again. ————————————————————— Buyer beware. This review is partially about the product Jerry Seiner Chevrolet sold me and partially about their post sale customer service, both of which could use some work. I purchased a brand new Blazer EV from this dealership two weeks ago. After less than 500 miles on it, an error code popped up and said that there was a system failure. Looking in the manual, it said to return the car to the dealership because the car could shut down unexpectedly and it needed service immediately. I got the vehicle to them Tuesday night and was told I’d receive a follow up the next day with an update and potentially a diagnosis and timeframe for the fix. That is when I was essentially ghosted by the dealership. Emails, text messages, phone calls, all completely ignored or just answered with something like “So sorry for the delay, I’ll look into that and let you know by tomorrow” just for them to forget about me again. On Saturday I bypassed all of the people I had been talking with and called the service department directly. I was finally given an update on my brand new vehicle. Here’s the update: They are currently unable to fix it and are awaiting more info from GM, and they’ll give me another update next Tuesday. Well, that’s not so great. By the time they give me the next update, they’ll have had my new car in their service center for as long as I had my car prior to it going into service. I recognize that the service department is doing what they can, it’s just a very unfortunate situation and I’m on the receiving end of it. This dealership will call you multiple times a week for months to try to get you to buy a car from them, they’ll even offer to drive the car to you for you to test drive it. But after they have your money, they will happily ignore you when it comes to fixing the faulty car they sold you. The only good thing I have to say about the situation is that they did give me a loaner car while my car is in service. It was one of their cars from their used car lot. A 2016 Chevy Cruze with a broken bumper, 100k miles, and a visor that fell off while I was driving and hit me in the head. So while I definitely don’t feel like I’m being taken care of well for the amount of money I just gave this dealership, at least they lent me a car that can get me from A to B. Even if my car is properly fixed, I don’t know if I’ll still be able to trust it to be a reliable car and I’ll always have the worry of this happening again. I wanted to love this car and this experience, but it’s becoming very hard to stay happy after what’s happened so far. The car isn’t reliable and neither is the communication from the dealership during service.

Mario Dominguez was not helpful and rude. Every time we try to ask questions he was rude and did not answer our questions. I was waiting for mario to walk in the room when he did. He started to work on paper work for 15 mintues before acknowledge us. We got a engine replace Mario gave us no information how to brake in a engine.
