The guys here are very helpful and friendly. I found the perfect vehicle for myself and the price was right. A few days after my purchase it started to act funny and I went back in and told them what was happening. They were all great about making it right even though I bought it as is with no warranty! They have bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle! Being that I have to travel often to help my disabled sister who is in a wheelchair, having a reliable vehicle that could accommodate the wheelchair and didn't sit to low making it difficult for us to get in and out is incredibly important for me! The sales team, the owner, especially Mike were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal on my new truck. They were transparent throughout the entire process, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel completely comfortable. So, I gotta tell you about my experience at xdcars, you guys! I took my car in and I was totally blown away by the vibes. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and chill. They made me feel right at home and broke down all the repair stuff in a way that was easy to get. These mechanics are like total pros! I had a tricky issue with my ride, but they figured it out so fast. They even laid out a couple of repair options for me, which was awesome 'cause I felt like I actually had a say in what was happening. Honestly, the work they did was top-notch! My car is running like a dream now, and they gave me some solid tips for keeping it in good shape moving forward, which was so sweet of them. They also got my car back to me on time, which is a major win compared to other places I've been. And the prices? Totally fair, and no hidden fees, which is always a relief. I can't recommend xdcars enough if you need your car fixed. Their attention to detail and how much they care about their customers is just the best.

Really liked our car... But the lot felt sketchy, lots of cars and definitely not like the photos. It felt jumbled and disorganized. We were aware of some repairs that needed to be done (though XD cars claimed the timing belt didn't need replacement against the commonly known recommendations for our specific car- it was time to replace it). But, we ultimately purchased the car (in cash). We thought things were squared away only to later realize they left a lien on the title with XD Cars as the title owner (what?!). We had to work with them to resolve this - which they did - but they said it was "to make the transaction easier." (I don't think so! Not ok!) Then, the next day, the check engine light went on and we noticed that the bottom part of the front windshield was cracked. We felt frustrated because we had a certain amount of trust in purchasing through a dealer, but our contract read "as is." When I contacted XD Cars, they were willing to replace the windshield free of charge. However, upon the replacement of the windshield, we noticed that they failed to properly seal the windshield from water. We now are facing another expensive repair because of their poor workmanship. It no longer is worth it to us to work through them to make things right. I would definitely not recommend purchasing through XD Cars, nor what I trust them with any work that may need to be done on any car purchased through them. We are dissatisfied, however, they were willing to work with us on remedying these issues. We would just prefer to not have these issues in the first place. I bought a car from one of their guys Bolivar and he was completely dishonest about it. The piston rings were completely shot, it burned tons of oil and had low compression in one cylinder. It was advertised as being in great mechanical condition. As I've torn it apart for an engine rebuild I've found lots of other hackjob fixes to trick sensors and such. I see lots of positive reviews on here, but from the experience I had, I definitely don't trust the people here. If you want your car to last more than the drive back home, look somewhere else.
