Jason provides an excellent service! We bought our two cars for me and my wife the same day. Very honest transactions, good cars and pleasant process. The guys are very friendly and make a big effort to deliver the best service. For sure we will be back when is time to upgrade our cars. They have a good inventory, you just need to choose the car you like and revise the history of the car, then you can make a conscious decision.
I had an incredible experience at Eagle Auto! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality. The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help me find the perfect car for my needs. The deals they offered were unbeatable – I got a fantastic car at a price I couldn’t believe! A special shoutout to the owner, Jason, who personally made sure everything went smoothly and took the time to chat with me. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want everyone to leave happy. If you’re looking for great deals, excellent service, and a stress-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership
We have worked with Jason and go here for an honest deal. He is a super guy and we trust him 100%. Great options. We have purchased multiple cars dog my kids and will continue to use Eagle Auto Sales for future purchases.
What a money pit we bought! I've been meaning to write this review for a while, so I am sorry to anyone I might have helped in the last few months. Our salesman was very friendly and said on the first day, "Feel free to take this car to your mechanic." Dang, I wish I'd taken him up on that. The worst of this experience was because we expected that before putting a car on the lot, they would have done at least regular maintenance. Within a month of purchasing it, the engine seized due to lack of oil. Should I have checked the oil myself? Absolutely, but my mechanic said the reservoir was 3 quarts low and the filter was well past the time where it should have been changed. We contacted them about the issue and the only thing they said they were willing to do was to have a preferred mechanic give me some good prices on a new engine. I never heard from them. I followed up with a message reminding them I hadn't heard anything from them — still nothing. We bought a new engine through my mechanic that has a 4-year unlimited-mile warranty. Aside from the oil, there have been a bunch of other issues since our purchase 9 months ago... - Since day 1 there were multiple faulty sensors including the passenger airbag and the tire pressure. Since this was an "as is" purchase and they wouldn't fix them before the purchase, we foolishly said to ourselves, "Eh, we can take care of that most ourselves." Of course, that was before all the other things happened. - I noticed the rear passenger-side brake/turn signal light was out when I did a test drive. They replaced the bulb but didn't tell me there was a crack in the casing that allows in massive amounts of water, causing the next bulb to be immersed and short out. I had to go to a pick-and-pull to get a new (used) one. - There was a leak in the AC system that we didn't notice until the spring, and it took us hundreds of dollars to fix. - The power steering pump failed and we had to get that replaced. Thank heaven it failed in a parking lot and we avoided an accident. - While fixing the power steering, we were told the right rack and pinion needs to be replaced or it will fail too, and that will cost another $1,000. Bottom line: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR CARS!!!!!
They acted nice at first and gave a great intro but as I test drove the car they seemed hasty and rude. When we got back they seemed to pressure us and would say things such as " so you buying are car? " " you only came here to drive my car!", I was nice and was asking simple questions such as, " what's the listing?" And when i went to leave they said "what a waste of time " that's not good for service or the way customers view their store. Learn manners and keep the good attitude. I really was thinking of buying the car I was looking at but the car was not exactly what I was looking for and I shouldn't feel guilty for not wanting a car I don't feel is right for me. Or a car that doesn't meet my standards!
