Ever since i started looking into West Auto Sales, Ishmael gave me excellent customer service, knew the car’s details, and he explained everything clearly. Victor was excellent throughout the paperwork process and answered all of my questions. Plus he wasn't shy about answering all of the hard questions we had to ask. These guys are friendly, honest, and overall great guys. The car is in perfect mechanical condition and i can’t more be happy! 6 months later: The car still works flawlessly. I recently had to bring my car back to the dealership to get the roof fixed since it was damaged from the trailer it was shipped in. When it came back, the roof looked brand new. I still highly recommend anyone coming here to get a used car!

My husband and I went to West Auto Sales in Provo and let’s just say Ishmeal and Victor are the most hands down - professional, kind, intelligent, trustworthy and top notch people! They worked with us to get our family into the car of our choice, explained everything thoroughly, answered every question we had and ultimately made the huge decision of buying a car so easy and nothing about it was stressful thanks to these guys! I seriously won’t even consider going anywhere else then West Auto Sales for buying another vehicle in the future!

I was nervous about buying a car again, but Victor at West Auto in Provo was east going and nice to work with. I didn’t buy the first car I drove, and he was patient through the next few days and even found another lender that cut my rate almost in half. I’m very happy with my car and would recommend West Auto to others!

Connor was amazing. Not pushy let me look at what I wanted and the whole experience was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
