Mark was fantastic to work with to say the least. He helped my younger brother get into a great car, at a great price. He’s incredibly patient, and accommodating, and that’s something I wish I saw out of more dealers.

I was stranded yesterday with a problem with my car key, and the team at Autos Inc Utah dropped everything to help me. They went above and beyond—coming out to make sure I could get my car started and on my way safely. What stood out the most was their character and integrity. They even refused money as a tip. If this is how they treat a total stranger, I can only imagine how caring and attentive they are with their customers. Absolutely outstanding people and service!

I worked with Eric. I think he’s the owner of the dealership. He was a very honest, straightforward guy. Super reasonable and we both got a great deal. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I feel an obligation to leave an honest review for straight-forward dealings rendered and to permit info for others to make a good choice. I just returned to my city of residence (on the Wasatch Front) after purchasing a car from Auto’s Inc. in American Fork, (Utah). I initially found the car on a longstanding, well-recognized Utah news station (with online ‘classified’ ads)… but was also viewable on Auto’s Inc. website. I did ‘some due diligence’ regarding the VIN which revealed no salvage/branded title info; fortuitously included some Car Fax data and read online reviews for Auto’s Inc. The reviews were generally quite favorable but you cannot help but be drawn to any ‘adverse reviews’, simply to understand ‘What’s your beef’? …Few negative views were particularly persuasive or well-founded; so I braved any apprehensions since most dealership experiences are tense affairs from which I’ve always emerged feeling ‘taken advantage of’. I dealt with ‘Zane’, though ‘Mark’ was always available. Both are grounded likable guys. It was relaxed and painless. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I hope they enjoyed the interaction as much as I. No surprises. Largely, their profit is in the price - no surprises, hidden costs/fees. Although it’s customary to try to negotiate the price, I could justify no legitimate reason for doing so. Basically ‘the price is the price’; and it was reasonable for a genuinely outstanding car. I have no doubt it holds many ‘happy miles’. I’m very satisfied and feel well-treated. I joked with them, ‘You could be impolite now and I’d still give you a good review’ (simply because the arrangements and experience was very good. Definitely recommended (…and ‘nope’, I didn’t get a tank of gas or any other consideration for this review.) Truly a very pleasant experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don’t fall for the warranty they give you. I bought a car from them in December. We loved the car. When we test drove it, we checked the engine codes with our own device. There was a warning code about the cam position. He told us it would be covered by the warranty if we had any problems. Within 2 weeks the engine light came on. We took it to the shop they told us to. Tire Factory in Lehi. It was $2,500.00, not one thing was covered. The engine light was still on. They told us to drive it and the light should go off. They told me it was something else that would be another $2500 to $3000.. I Now took it to a VW shop and it is the timing chain and it is 3,500. Don’t buy from them. They don’t stand behind it.
