AMAZING PRICES AND AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!! Tara was the one who helped me chose which car was best for my needs. I have never experienced customer service quite like that! My car is beautiful and it has everything I need. its such an upgrade from my 20 year old car. she got me in and out and I am so pleased with how kind everyone was! Kipp was also hilarious! he was great to talk to! if you need a used car thats fair in price, GO HERE!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET!!

Jay was very helpful, I was able up pick out the vehicles I wanted. They allowed a 3rd party pre purchase inspection and worked with me on reducing price and repairing a few things found from the inspection. Steena, the finance manager, helped with financing and being able to e sign the documents saved me a lot of time. Great experience overall. I highly recommend Action Auto.

this is a great dealership! our salesman Kamden was great start to finish. communication was open and direct from inquiring online about a car before we even stepped on the lot, and he was very patient with me while i cycled through and test drove multiple cars that was brought in from multiple different lots just to end up with the first car i chose. excellent service and never felt pressured to make a decision or purchase like they do at brand name dealerships. great dealership with great people and i’d come here again if i was in the market for a car!

Zach was such an amazing person! Sweet kind and easy to work with. He made sure we got into the vehicle we wanted! We will definitely come back when I need another one. Also shout out to Chris in financing as well, you are the bomb!!!

Really wish I could have given this place 5 stars. The customer service was fantastic, Kamden was great at letting us do our thing and answering questions. The finance team was about you expect from a dealership, nice but always trying to push extra packages. My big complaint was the condition they sold me the car in. When test driving it and looking around it was covered in dirt making it very hard to see scratches or imperfections. The wheel wells had mud in them, the trim was covered in dirt and water spots, and the windows were far from washed. The inside was no better and looked like it had been detailed maybe 3 months ago before it was brought to us. We requested a detail but were told they couldn’t. Kamden was nice enough to clean it up a little himself. But I feel the dealership should have taken the initiative to have it detailed at least semi-recently before selling it. I missed seeing some scratches and dings because of this but they did give me a good deal. 5 Stars on service and would be a place I would highly recommend without that issue. Sad to have a new car that doesn’t look new though. Buy a car from Kamden!
