Axio Automotive - Used Car Dealer

I sold my 2024 Ford Maverick to Jack and Kipp here at Axio. These guys were awesome. They gave me top dollar for my truck after plenty of offers that were lower, they came through and made it super easy. I brought my truck to the dealership, and within 10 minutes my truck was signed off and I was paid! Super nice people here, 100% would sell or buy a vehicle from anyone here!

Best place to buy a car. Chase was amazing to work with and made the whole experience feel easy from start to finish. I loved how upfront they were about everything, and the low doc fees were a huge bonus. We got to walk the lot, ask questions about every car we liked, and drive all of them without feeling rushed or pressured. Every time we got back, the next car was already ready for us. It was smooth, simple, and honestly the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy a used car anywhere else.

Update at end: DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE REVIEW. BUYERS ARE PRESSURED INTO GIVING 5-STAR REVIEWS AT THE TIME OF SALE. ​Axio Automotive—or as I like to call them, "Hacksio"—has to be the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. They offered me $5,000 less on my trade-in than three other dealerships and KBB, claiming they couldn't sell my make and model for more than $28,000. Meanwhile, I watched a vehicle with the exact same specs as mine sell across the street at Orem Toyota for $33,000. ​The car I purchased from them was not in perfect condition. It's a used car, so no big deal—I noticed it had loose trim and a broken taillight. I asked about it, and they offered to fix those items to earn my business. I liked the car, so I agreed. MISTAKE. They have since blocked my number and provided zero help in fixing the items they signed off on and promised to repair. Every time I call from my phone, it goes straight to an AI voicemail. If I call from a different number, I get a representative who promises I'll get a callback that day. It's been two months... I've heard nothing. I would never buy a car from them again, and I've warned my friends and family. ​Update: After changing my review from the pressured 5-star review I originally gave, I got a call and was promised the issue would be fixed. An appointment was scheduled, and I was promised a loaner car while the work was being done. I was happy to give them another chance; I do not like giving 1-star reviews and really hoped this would turn things around. ​I went in for the repairs and was told it would take an hour. No problem. I wasn't given a loaner vehicle, but I didn't think waiting an hour would be too bad. However, after an hour, my car hadn't even been taken back to the shop yet. I didn't have any more time to wait since I had work to get to work, which I had explicitly mentioned to the service manager when I dropped off the keys. ​After an hour of nothing being done, I asked if we could reschedule. The service manager became defensive and started arguing about how much time he did or didn't say it would take. I found this extremely unprofessional and very off-putting. "The customer is always right"—except at Axio. I've never felt listened to while dealing with them. ​I'm sorry to say, but Axio has burned me too many times, and I will not be going back. I wish I could have updated my review for the better, but my experience didn't change when they had the chance to make it right. ​Good luck to you, Axio. And if you’re buying a car from them, make sure to do your homework and take everything they say with a grain of salt.
