Where is Rock Canyon Auto located?
923 S State St, Orem, UT 84097What do customers say about Rock Canyon Auto?
Just purchased our 3rd car from here. Very down to earth and friendly staff. I felt zero pressure and was able to get all my questions answered to make a good decision. Loved that they post free Carfax reports on their website for all their cars. This place continues to be my best car-buying experience I’ve had!
I've purchased a number of cars from Forrest over the years and will continue to do so. I've always been treated fairly and the guys at Rock Canyon always go above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer experience. Dealing with used cars can sometimes be a scary experience but I've always felt confident that I am being taken care of when I work with Rock Canyon. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!
Rock Canyon has a great fleet of cars, and it’s right off of State St so it’s hard to miss! Geronimo and Forrest are fantastic, and even their own mechanic came through for me. I noticed a few things on the car I was looking at, and the guys were quick and eager to get anything I pointed out fixed and in order (same day) Their prices and finance help was exceptional, very friendly and considerate in all aspects. Check em out, you won’t be disappointed
Forrest was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy, he was honest, and he treated us fairly. The AC in our car went out the day after we bought it. We took it in and he had his team fix it, no questions asked. He also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. Very easy to work with and treated us well.
I would recommend going to any other dealership! I purchased my 4Runner from here back in May and 1 month into owning it i started having issues with it. We noticed a bad ball joint on the front wheel so we let Forest know and he told us it was just grease, that ball joint now needs to be replaced… The shocks are blown and have to be replaced as well, which we were not made aware of. I have tried to reach out to them 2 or 3 times regarding this and have not received a response. I would highly recommend going through another dealership, unless you want to pay thousands after the fact of purchasing a vehicle!
