Toonlab Automotive

Bought my 2017 WRX from Luis back in December when the company was just starting up. My car was a salvage title and had been in an accident, but they had done an amazing job repairing the damage and were very straightforward about the car’s history. To this day, I’ve had no issues with my car and they made the buying process easy and quick. 100% recommend for good cars at great prices with quality service.

I just recently bought a truck through Toonlab. There was no crazy haggling - just cut to the chase on price. Luis was upfront and straightforward to work with. Definitely had a good experience here!

Had an amazing experience today with sandy and Louis . No pressure in buying the vehicle was super easy to work with very friendly and straight forward and honest. Really appreciate you guys. Happy with my purchase for sure . !

I don't often leave reviews but my experience at Toonlab was exceptional enough that I feel it is merited. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle. George was humble and not pushy at all. Luis was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and requests. He was more than happy to let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. There were a couple of minor issues that came up during the inspection that could not have been known by Luis and he was willing to work with me on the price in order to make sure those got taken of. Again, it was a great experience for me. They do good work with their cars and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Went to look at a car and was supposed to meet with Luis, got to a sketchy shop with unprofessional staff and Luis was not there. Test drove the vehicle and it needed ALOT of work. Spoke to Luis on the phone and I told him I still wanted to buy it and he told me I could put a $500 deposit down to hold it. On the phone he said it was refundable. I sat waiting for 20 minutes while they tried to get their credit card processing system working. I finally offered to submit the deposit via Venmo. The office person asked me to sign a receipt. I signed it - my mistake - the next day my financing fell through because of the branded title on the vehicle. I called Luis to let him know and he didn’t answer. He sent me a text saying thanks for letting him know. I asked for my deposit back because I notified him within 24 hours - no response. Sketchy shop that is not to be trusted. Take your business elsewhere and don’t put down any deposits.
