Any time you buy a used vehicle, you're going to have little "fix its", but you're not always going to have a dealer who gives you their full attention, and gets you the best price possible in the least amount of time. My test drive took longer than the paperwork process. I am amazed at how well I was treated compared to other, bigger dealerships nearby! I was shown nothing but trust and respect. Really grateful for such an awesome dealer, who helped me get into such a fantastic car!

I took my Daughter to Mt. Ogden Motors to look at cars. She purchase a car from there and was treated very well. All her questions were answered and she was treated with respect. This was her 1st car purchase and our sales person went over the contract and made sure she understood. She loves her car and enjoys going in to make her payment so she can talk with the crew. After that experience her sister went to Mt. Ogden Motors and purchased a car also. She is also very happy with the car and the care she received.

If you decide to buy a vehicle from this dealership, plan on spending an additional couple thousand to fix any hidden broken issues. We just purchase a car last week and everything looked good from the outside and even most of the inside. We knew we might need to spent a few hundreds to get it running safely for teen son. As soon as we parked the car in our garage, we noticed traces of oil leaking. We took it to get it checked and it looks like it'll be a couple thousand dollard to get this issue fix. Never buying from here again. So sad you can't turst a used car dealership anymore.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are considering buying a vehicle from MT Ogden Motors I highly recommend you bring a OBD code scanner, or take the vehicle to be scanned during your test drive. I purchased a vehicle from these guys and 2 days later the check engine light came on. I took it to the mechanic and He claimed the the check engine light was previously cleared. Apparently it is easy to do with a scan meter or by just temporarily disconnecting the battery (resets the ecm). Both catalytic converters on the vehicle were ineffective and required replacement. So my immediate question was how did they get a vehicle with both catalytic converters defective to pass emissions? I had it tested and it obviously failed. I found out when they had their emmisions test done it came back with an unavailable (missing) reading. The health department apparently allows one missing reading even when it is the most important reading of the emmisions system (catalytic converters). I found out resetting the ecm with the battery or meter trick will give an inabilty to read the catalytic converter code faults.(missing) but the fault returns in a few days. Then in the glove box I found a bill of sale from a lady that purchased the vehicle a few months earlier. I called Her and She said after purchasing the vehicle and discovering all the issues She returned it. She said they were adamant about not giving Her money back, but eventually they just gave Her a lesser vehicle. This clearly shows they were aware of the issues. I contacted Armando about working something out and He said vehicles are (AS IS) and actually said unhappy customers can just call the cops. The owner also refused any considerations. I later found out they are replacing motors in vehicles and not disclosing that information to customers. Which obviously makes odometer meters pointless. Motor vehicle enforcement that is responsible for overseeing car dealers licensing and transactions says these are not violations. Apparently you aren't allowed to alter an odometer but you can get a motor replaced from a junk yard with 300k and not have to report it. I believe dealer licenses, like all other licenses, are a privilege that require certain professional responsibilities and effective regulatory oversight. In my opinion these guys are purchasing cheap defective vehicles and then selling then at full value. While developing creative ways to circumvent the emmisions process and the motor vehicle enforcement regulatory process. Hopefully this review exposing these practices will encourage them to change these practices in the future. Most importantly I am hoping it will help future customers avoid what I consider to be fraudulent business practices.

A few years back I test drove a Chevy Malibu and it ran good it was only my second or third car and I was kind of anxious to get into a car. I purchased it for about 4,000 and was on my way home to clear field and my car was smoking I called them when I got home and they basically told me it wasn’t there problem and the next day I took it into a mechanic and I had two blown head gaskets! My Ogden Motors would t help me with a think! Don’t purchase a vehicle here!
