I recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 (silver) from Houston Auto Land and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I worked with Lou Melendez, who was fantastic—he answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The car did have a battery issue initially, but they took care of it right away and replaced it with a brand-new one, which I really appreciated. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was very pleasant and easy to work with. I originally decided to check them out after reading their reviews, and I’m happy to say the positive ratings truly matched my experience. Everything I read beforehand was accurate. I paid cash, so I can’t speak to their financing options, but based on my experience, I would absolutely buy from them again. Highly recommend!
