I just bought this car and Jose helped me with the financing of the vehicle and he was wonderful. He’s the best salesman to me. They’re not saying that nobody else can sell cars but I only fool with Jose and this is my third vehicle I’ve purchased from there overall the staff is wonderful. I will pick for venture over a new car dealership anytime any day.

Just bought a car from them on Monday! Great experience, Jose was super helpful, let me check out the car as much as I wanted before making the purchase, and was very honest about the car. Originally went in to check out a Camry, but he showed me this nice Lexus. Went Saturday to check out the car and brought up a concern of car having a bad tire in the front, came back Monday to buy and they replaced both front tires for me! Great experience, very respectful all around.

I came to Fred Fincher after being let down by another dealer. Adam and Jose were very attentive to my needs and my wants. They were honest with expectations considering my situation. They worked with me to find the right vehicle. They made the process pleasant and seamless. Adam was honest about the vehicles they have.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. We basically got scammed out of 3.7k and all I have to say is that I will never trust a friendly face again especially when it comes to money. We had gotten a 2008 Chevy uplander from them on Feb 26 2026, we paid cash. Still haven’t even gotten the title yet and it has been giving us nothing but trouble. This car keeps kicking and stopping in the middle of the road. Now keep in mind these salesman with a clean conscience sold a bad car to a family of five with three kids under 5 and a disabled woman. Our mechanic told us that sometimes these places disconnect the battery to reset the codes on the car so it doesn’t show anything when you go there. Which would explain why these errors started coming up on our car. Since I’m only the wife It wasn’t my place to convince my husband not to buy this car but I had a feeling something was off. Too good to be true type of situation. Any ways when I asked the sales man about the history he just told me a simple answer it has a clean title and we get them from the auction and fix them up enough to be good to sale. I wanted to press on the vin history but again it wasn’t my place. When we left I looked up the history and I found out that this car has multiple owners but also hail damage which they failed to mention. On top of that our mechanic thinks this car might have a corroded engine. We told them that we didn’t have anymore money and that this was all we had. We have no way of fixing this car and my husbands job was door dashing and we have no way of doing that with the condition our car is in. This was supposed to be our brand new start after a horrible year but that dream was completely shattered and now we feel like our backs against the wall and our future is uncertain

Sold my girlfriend a 2009 Honda accord at 114k miles. Been 5 months 5k miles added on it and we have lived in the shop. The power steering was completely trashed and the sales man swore oh it’s been replaced. Well it doesn’t hold any fluid and the cars undrivable. The shake of the steering wheel is dangerous. Breaks and rotors were trashed. Going to Toyota to trade it in for a decent vehicle. Do not trust them and don’t trust them when they say their “mechanic” did the work.
