I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They try to act nice but their intentions is greed. I purchased a vehicle around 08/25. I paid for a vehicle that was over 10 years old for 6k. I took the car for a test drive and noticed that the car was giving a little jerk when I would shift into second gear. I asked the owner if the car had any transmission issues that he could tell me about. He said , no , the car had no issues and claimed that those type of models never have transmission issues. He said that it might have been a fuse that needed to be changed. I then told him that if he repaired that I would purchase the vehicle. I drove the vehicle home and realized that the issue was not going away. I called the dealership and told them that I would like to return the vehicle because the transmission was still having issues. The owner told me to bring the vehicle in, and he would have his mechanic look at it. This was day 5 after purchase. I brought the vehicle in and the mechanic.Looked at it said that he repaired the issue and just changed the transmission fluid. I then took the vehicle home and drove it for 2 more days and they transmission started having issues again. I realized that the mechanic had put temporary transmission non-slip in my tank so that it would not jerk any more when I was driving. It is now five months later , and I have had to invest $1200 more because the front suspension needed replaced in the C-arms needed replaced. If you buy from here. GOOD LUCK. DONT BE DUMMY

The manager and sales clerk are very polite and professional. The prices and down payments are reasonable and fair. Now the bad and I do mean BAD, I put my down payment on a 2008 Mercedes S550 . I had the car for every bit of 1 hour and the transmission starting spraying fluid and the car wouldn't move! I had to get them to come get me with a tow truck and refund my money. This left me looking for a car all over again and facing termination from my job. 😞😞😞

Run away just run away. They are really nice at frist until they get your money and then you are a nobody. This was the worst car buying experience that i have ever had. I bought this car for 5514 cash and the car looked good and no check engine lights on the dash so everything looked good to me besides the gas gage was not working right. I asked them about the gas gage and they told me that they would fix it for free if i brought the car back to them. That was not a problem because i had to bring it back to them anyway because they needed to get the inspection done also because it was late whenever i bought the car and they did not have time to get the inspectiondone that day. So my wife drove the car around for 3 or 4 days before we brought it back to them and no problems at all besides the gas gage. We dropped it off at 9:00 in the morning and told them we would be back in like 4 hours because we had some things to take care of while we were in Houston because we live like 1:30 minutes away. Well we came back and set in there parking lot for like 30 or 45 minutes and they new we were there because the place is small and i told them we were there. So after sitting for awhile they finally decided to tell me that the car would not be done that day. Ok so i told them we would be back not the next day but the day after. We got there at 9:00 in the morning and they never got the inspected so we had to sit there for 2 more hours waiting for them to get the car inspected. They had it for a extra day so why wasn't it done already. Anyway we get the car back and the gas gage still doesn't work and now the check engine light is on so i don't know what they did to the car. They also told my wife that they would mail the plates to us and now they are saying that i have to drive all the way back to Houston to pick them up. So if you are looking for a used car please save yourself some headache and look somewhere else because these people just don't care about there costumers at all.

I bought a car from their overcrowded lot in July of 2015 and it was a great car. I asked them to rotate the tires because the screen display was on saying it needed a tire rotation, so they took it around back to do it...or at least I thought. I think all they did was reset the display. Cool, I bought it anyway. I've been driving this car for about a year and a half now with no problems at all. Great car, but earlier this month, I went to the mechanic to get my leaky radiator replaced and that was the tip of the iceberg because little did I know I was sitting on a pile of car repairs. Bad front tire, worn-out brakes, broken engine mounts, leaks from the engine, rusty shocks and more. You're getting a great deal on a car, but you'll make up for it with the repairs. Over $4,600 in repairs to be exact. If you buy from these people, be very, very careful and/or bring a mechanic with you. Or even better: BE a mechanic. Pro: The people were nice.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is a straight scam . I bought a car and was told the car had a clean title later found out it was salvage, then a week from getting the car it constantly overheats . I called them about the situation and they said well you bought the car as is . But never notified me this car had problems . I would’ve never bought the car . Now here I am a month from buying the car and it won’t drive anymore . They really manipulate you just to get your money . The management cares until you have a problem with the car . If I were you i wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They do something to the cars to where it seems good until you leave their lot .
