A little back story, I was looking at TikTok while looking for a new suv, I can across a page that had some nice vehicles and inbox the guy and let him know I was interested long story short a guy had been using giant auto mart photos to scam people so I did a little research and find giant auto mart was a real dealership and I called showed up for a test drive and let them know how I found them. I was already getting frustrated after going to desk ship after dealership and kinda getting the run around. But my truck shopping stopped here. I had a wonderful experience with Mark on last Tuesday they were very kind and helpful and understood my situation and made sure I purchased something I want and even allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the truck. I love that they took there time to explain everything in detail. I said my next vehicle would be something I wanted and I got just that and well within my budget. Hands down best dealership 💋

Came here on a referral. I have a new business relationship. Mark, Edgar, Kevin all worked efficiently and tirelessly to get me what I needed. The interest rate wasnt like drowning in a riptide. The sticker prices are fair. We made a decision change in the middle of closing the deal and the energy was still good. No one made me feel as if I was taking up their time. They TOOK their time with me for my purchase AND THATS what will always be what will bring me back. Personal service. Now lets talk about this beauty I was able to buy my son and he screamed for joy more than once. You have no idea how that made my heart sing. Giant Auto I forever in your debt.

Update: I originally had a great experience purchasing my truck here and left a 5-star review based on the sales process. However, within two weeks of purchase, I discovered the truck does not have tire pressure sensors installed. This was confirmed by multiple places. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they would not assist with installing/replacing them. I understand the vehicle was sold “as-is,” but a missing TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) is a safety-related issue that should have been disclosed at the time of sale. At minimum, I expected some effort to help resolve it. Unfortunately, the General Manager declined to make it right or offer any solution. This experience changed my perspective. While the sales process was smooth, post-sale support and accountability matter just as much. P.S. Anselmo has continued to provide exceptional customer support and answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Original Review: I was referred to this dealership by my sister. I was looking for a truck to be utilized for my business. Found the right truck for the job. Anselmo was friendly, honest, didn’t push or rush me into making a decision and advised of pro’s and con’s of the vehicle that I was looking into. I would highly recommend anyone to make a stop by Giant Mart and speaking to Anselmo if you’re in the market for a used new vehicle.
