Even though the deal ultimately wasn’t the right fit for what I was specifically looking for, I appreciate the effort they put in and the communication throughout the process. Do not buy this car it’s a lemon I had the car for nine months. I put over $7000 of work into the car had the car for a week and had to get it sent back to the dealership because it was overheating. They try to tell me that it was a hose loose that cause it to overheat. The car worked fine for about two months then my check engine light came back on again for cylinder misfire got the spark plug plugs, an ignition cord changed from the dealership (ford) that cleared the code maybe three weeks later check engine light came back on again for misfiring took it back to the Ford dealership. They did a full diagnostics on the vehicle. Come to determine. That the vehicle head gasket was blown So they were water in the engine so the engine had to be replaced. Drive out motors dealership did not wanna cover it so I had to pay for it out-of-pocket which was $3000. If I wanted to keep the vehicle, the engine got replaced once I got the vehicle back the very next day check engine light came on for emissions system Which that they did not correctly, put it back on the engine when they replaced it that cost me $1300 because they wanted me to take the vehicle back to the dealership. Let them Look at it and then determine how long it will need to be there for them to fix it after they already had my vehicle for 30 days when I still had to pay car payments So now I was already $500 in the hole for not having a vehicle for the 30 days that they had it whenever they replaced the engine because they say that the engine there was already in there was too severe for them to fix and the problem was already existed before they sold me the vehicle So now after I got the vehicle back from the Ford dealership, maybe a week later, the check engine light came on again and it gave me the code of low boost that I needed to service the turbo charger eco boost So after getting that cold, I got it looked at from the Ford dealer and a another mechanic shop and they basically told me that it needs to be replaced which will cost another $2500-$3000 The dealership wanted me to cover it, which I wasn’t going to keep putting money into the car and it wasn’t drivable so I told them to come and pick up the car so now the car is back on there a lot. The same codes are still showing in the Ford app is connected to the car so they did not fix it And they are ready to sell the car as is so if you don’t wanna go through the problems I advise you to take a mechanic and get a look at I’m rewriting to the response that they responded back and said that I stopped making payments on the vehicle. Yes I did. They are lying. The engine had to be replaced. I still have emails and receipts from when I was paying on the engine y’all charged me $3500 to replace the engine. That’s not an easy fix. . That’s not an easy fix nor cost $50. Also, once I got the vehicle back, the check engine light came right on before I left the dealership I sent you a pictures of the check engine light. I have text messages from texting the front receptionist about the issue. Come to find out the eco-boost turbo charger was cracked. Y’all took it to multiple shops to try to get it fixed. I still have access to the vehicle that’s why it’s still on your other lot. Y’all removed it from drive out motors and put it on another lot where it’s just been sitting after y’all took it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed so of course yes I’m a stop paying payments on it and let y’all deal with it instead of me dealing with it
