I bought my first car here and had an amazing experience! When I first I walked in, Destiney was super welcoming and helpful. She helped me find exactly the car I was looking for and after having some bad experiences with another dealership, Juan the owner, went above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable and confident with buying my car from them.

I’m so disappointed because we had a great experience buying our car here and the front desk worked with me plenty of times. But at the end of the day, there is no grace period offered with your car payments.. we were struggling as a family of SEVEN and we made a payment arrangement. We paid the first half of our payment arrangement and then we called and stated that the second half would be short $75 and we would pay the next day. The woman on the phone agreed and said that would be fine. We woke up the next day, paid the $75 as we stated and the next week our car got taken and my daughter and I were left with no warning. I called our car salesman and he said “There’s nothing he can tell me” and then when we spoke to the front desk the next day she stated she had been on vacation and the girl who told us it was okay to pay the $75 the next day was wrong and WE had to lose our car for that. They would not let us get the car back OR pay us any of our money back although Juan told us we would receive the last half back. Our family is still without a car, this company is just a huge money grab and it’s disgusting. The ads the salesman posts make it seem like they are better than everyone else and I’m devastated and disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, we weren’t perfect and will not claim to be but they don’t care about their customers at all.
