I came in after work on Tuesday evening and Ralph listen to all my needs and wants in a vehicle. He made the application process easy to understand. He stayed within my budget when showing me cars! He went above and beyond to get me approved for the vehicle! I am very happy with how the process went! I will be recommending friends and family to My Ganas!!

Thania and Ruben were great help with finding my car! Andddd they actually knew the car they gave me had issues. I’m now having to go through with suing because they won’t give back my down payment or last 2 deposits for the car! I did only have the car for a month before issues started with the car being a 2017 Nissan Altima. Just warning, be very careful if you do choose to get a car from here!

One star is too much but doesn’t have another option. Wilmer is not honest and they are kind of scammers to collect social security numbers only, without even have the car on site. They waisted my time by telling lie at the same day to bring me over, and then wanted to sell me another car! Ridiculous & rude ppl! That lie was acceptable for the manager too! Don’t trust them at all and don’t waste your time & money either.

If i could give 0 stars.. i would. Highly DO NOT recommend this car dealership.. I spoke with a car rep via facebook, was told if i had the deposit, and a valid ID/License i could get the car i wanted.. Drove 2 hours to be denied the car i wanted.. They pushed me into a 2016 Ford Edge that was at their San Antonio location.. I had to sign/ pay for the deposit that day, and drive back the next to pickup my car. After driving home i notified them i believe the transmission was slipping.. They told me to bring it in as it was under warrant. i was told i was getting a brand new transmission, and it would take a week to week 1/2.. It took 2 1/2 weeks, no updates, no car rental.. When i went to pick up my vehicle my tire was sitting on its rim, and the car was driving WORSE! I notified them, asap, and they told me to leave my car.. again. However i could not as my ride already left , and i had no way home. Alexis was in charge of my case and told me i did not have to pay my car bill until it was fixed since i spent more time without it than actually being able to use it.. Next thing i know they repoed it. I have full recordings of Alexis telling me not to pay it, and other people i have spoken to as well.. i played them the recordings and all they did is knock one month off..

I was dealing with Ruben on Facebook marketplace. I set a time to come out to see a 2016 Chevy Silverado. I took a Lyft because my plan was to purchase the truck when I arrived they tell me an excuse but all the vehicles that they had was sold and he can now show me what they have online it was a waste of time, and I thought like I got Scam to come out so they can push for promote a different vehicle on me and the plan was to get me to the dealership and try to sell me something else do not use this company. Very poor customer service in business skills. I’ll never go back.
