Got a 2007 PT cruiser convertible here. John in sales was great and Ray and everyone in the business office was amazing as well as the people in the garage. Had a slight problem after purchasing and they fixed it even after driving off the lot with an 'as is' deal. Amazing people they care so much! Thank you so much!! I'd you need a car go here, they are the good people in cars!!!
Buying experience was easy however they didn't disclose issues with the car. I have a busted radiator, bent undercarriage from an accident, bad rotors and leaking water pump. Nice salesperson, but he could have been more honest. Take a mechanic if you purchase from here.
They made the buying easy but that was the only good part. The ac went out two days after putting down a large amount for the down payment and they still wanted to charge me to look at it. Within a year, I had my radiator busted. After owning my vehicle for a little over a year, the brakes needed to be replaced. Every seal on the motor needs to be replaced and the transmission is going out. I would avoid this place if you need a long term vehicle.
I purchased a 2009 Jeep Commander from these people. They sell junk cars for expensive prices. The mechanic on site knows nothing about cars. He's only good for changing oil. You better watch him while he does that. The unfit car salesman who sold me the junk laughed in my face as I told him about the smoking of the engine. His words... Well you bought it as is. This is it. Stay AWAY from this car lot
