I went here on my birthday because I hadn’t gotten approved for any other lot, they referred me here and I instantly got approved with my “ehhh credit” and literally was already in the lot looking for my new car! Christina is the most patient person ever! I’m so grateful that she was so helpful when it came to explaining the process and when it came to the payment they definitely kept their word and made sure I had everything for my receipts, the insurance I got through them was cheaper than the competitors, but overall I’m sending all my family and friends here for a new - used vehicle. I've had my truck well over 6 months and still no hard plates. Twice my tags mysteriously come up missing after I called and was told they were here. It was very easy to get the truck but for some odd reason I can't get my damn tags this is bs. I've never been so frustrated in my life. Note paid on time and everything and still no plates this is bullshit man

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This dealership is associated with Tricolor and both have lemon cars to where they will lie about the condition, you drive off and it’s all on you to pay for repairs!! Their insurance only covers the certain parts of the vehicle get informed if everything! If possible take a mechanic to check out car before you buy
