I purchased a vechile in 2015 and wanted to return from prior experience. When i came in after work i had a bad experience with one person. Came back after not being to happy with the prior places I searched. Erik and Lauren took care of me after a bad experience as a return customer with an another agent. I mean Top notch service. With being pregnant Lauren helped me with a demo of what it be like if we had to transfer a husky in and out of the vehicle and if there was gonna be enough space. She had me laughing and I had a much better experience with her. I highly recommend her , she's the type of person who works hard to make any persons having a rough day better. Not just as a personal agent but as a person. Her personality is contagious! Don't forget to ask for her directly!!
Ashley is an absolute sweetheart she’s patient and had us in an out with a vehicle. She’s great at answering any and all questions you may have and if you’re even the slightest confused she has no problem explaining to you until you understand.
