Edit 6/2/2026: Editing my review. Still 5 stars bc I love my car. But Cici was great the day I bought my car. Since then I have reached out about a problem with my car, I ended up paying out of pocket to fix it instead of using the warranty bc her communication was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I got completely ignored. (And yes I understand she has other clients to tend to I’ve worked in dealerships before, but you don’t COMPLETELY ignore your existing clients) And Michael the manager was absolutely rude to me when I tried to drop it off to get fixed saying they’re shop is in garlands, but Cici told me to drop it off there with her. He gave me attitude. I left it and decided to get it the next day and pay to fix it myself. Dealing with the attitude and no communication wasn’t worth it. Also it’s 6/2/2026 today and my registration sticker came into the dealership in APRIL and she never called to tell me. I called today bc I realized I still hadn’t gotten it. A nice gentleman answered and did the research and said they had it that it arrived in April. So yeah Cici is nice and great to get you to buy the car but afterwards she ignores you…. Poor service. I’ve bought from other dealerships who maintain great communications with their clients so they can continue selling to them in the future. I’ve also worked at dealerships so it’s what you should do in order to keep your clients come back to you for one, and for two so you can get referred more. You shouldn’t just make the sale and forget about your client after that lol. Anyways I still do love my car, but I will not be using Cici again. I dealt with Michelle and cici! Cici was my salesperson and she was amazing! Made this process so easy! Michelle got me approved! She was amazing and so patient with me! I recommend this place to anyone and their warranty is amazing!

READ!!! Don’t Spend your Hard Earned Money or Income tax money here!! I barely got my SUV on November 13,2024 barely 2 weeks of having the vehicle and problems were already starting to happen, the warranty is a joke! Service people will book you Weeks out to get closer to your warranty ending date, they made a report with apparently over $3000 of Repairs which was a Cracked Radiator, 3 o2 sensors, Cadillac converters an actuator and an engine leak and the heater didn’t work when I needed it Most! But in fact nothing got fixed, they had my grill ZIP TIED together, which fell off due to a Previous Wreck they did not Disclose about. So basically they just get these Junk Cars, don’t test them and sell in Damaged, dis functional Conditions. The manager is A Joke, and all the sales people are Unprofessional and Rude! Cici is the only sweet one but she was no help either and clearly knows the patterns of Damaged dangerous crooked cars they sell. Now a mother of 5, I’m without my down payment and couple bi weekly payments I made, without any help from this Trash Car dealership and now without a Vehicle and they could care less! Stay Far Away!! The service people themselves will tell you that they would never even buy a car from here. Believe the Reviews!!
