Spoke with Jay via phone and made a cash offer on a vehicle. 15min later he called to tell me the owners accepted my offer and the next morning I was on a plane. This car lot was super helpful and after looking at a few other lots on the way down the same road I was very pleasantly surprised at the options and the good customer service I received at this lot. Not only did J.D. show me some vehicles and tell me what options I had for my particular budget he answered many questions for me and it was almost closing time! So after checking another couple of vehicles out I came back, again at almost closing, and once again was not disappointed by his customer service. He showed me more cars to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed as well as let me go test drive them as well. (Remember it's closing time on a Friday)! I felt very confident in my choice and felt they were very honest with me. I was even told which ones were not best for my situation even when it would have been easy to just put me in any car I was looking at. Seriously this place has awesome customer service and went above and beyond for me in several ways and for that I am appreciative. Go check them out you won't be disappointed!

My mom and dad purchased a ford Taurus for me from Chucks Auto sales in Mansfield, the new owner is AJ Green. He was amazing and very helpful to my parents. The car is amazing and everytime I call to make my payment they are so friendly. The owner personally got on the phone to say hey and remembered my parents.
